Responsible for delivering Commercial insights to the Customer teams.

Developing the decision making tools required that can be used globally to have consistent view of Metrics and data.

Work closely with Market Commercial teams to ensure analytics are consistently executed to enable better decision making.

Develop Global reporting focused and aligned to business objectives.


  • Identify, develop and execute Globally aligned consistent reporting and analysis for commercial KPIs
  • Analysis support for Space/range, Assortment strategy to maximize sales and margins
  • Use deep understanding of customer behaviour and customer insights to influence Commercial decision making
  • Develop tools and processes to support decision making Globally and one version of the truth
  • Provide analysis to maximise profit through reduction of excess stock and markdown.
  • Develop methodology for reviewing and reporting Trials and testing programmes globally to continually develop of Commercial understanding.
  • Provide detailed analysis of events (sample basis) to improve learning and future decisions


Internal: Customer Operations, Strategy + Analytics, Brand, Market Commercial Leads/GM’s, Digital Trading, Supply Chain Leads.


  • Proven experience in a Commercial/Analytic role
  • Previous experience in complex Global business

Our global HQ is located in the heart of East Croydon – 1 minute walk from the train station and is just 10 minutes train ride from Clapham Junction and 16 minutes from London Victoria. Our brand new office opened just over one year ago and provides a light, modern and open-plan work space that includes an onsite global café and even a living wall in the reception area.
