We offer a great opportunity to make the most of your keen skills in problem solving and ability to recognise anomalies, and a chance to express your creativity and innovation through your analysis, making sense of a wide range of varied data and telling the important stories behind the figures.

The council prides itself on developing its staff to their full potential through the provision of targeted training and support. We are looking to combine the skills, knowledge and incredible work ethic displayed across the council into a central team to drive excellence and define performance as we shape the future for all Lincolnshire residents.
