Job Purpose
As the Data and Analytics Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our regional business by driving the integration of local insights into the Global pipeline strategy. Your leadership will ensure that the Global strategy not only aligns with the overarching enterprise vision but is also tailored for success within the unique dynamics of the regional environment. Collaborating closely with Global leads and Regional cross-functional teams, you will bring clarity and precision to target product profiles, positioning strategies, long-range forecasts, and market opportunities - paving the way for seamless regional implementation.
You will be instrumental in pre-launch planning, leveraging your expertise to align clinical trial designs with strategic positioning and ensuring readiness for launch. Your focus will be on achieving clinical differentiation and optimizing access and reimbursement strategies for the region. By fostering collaboration across functions - including regulatory, medical, market access, and digital - you will orchestrate a unified and impactful pre-launch and launch plan that drives success and delivers value to patients and stakeholders alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy & Governance: Ensure compliance with global data governance policies, maintain robust data infrastructure, and drive data quality, consistency, and security.
- Analytics & Insights: Implement advanced analytics solutions, analyze complex datasets, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Business Intelligence: Optimize BI tools to provide real-time data and insights, empowering regional teams to make informed decisions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with global and regional leaders to align strategies, share best practices, and drive data-driven initiatives across marketing, sales, finance, and operations.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor KPIs, forecast trends, and provide insights to improve business outcomes.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, propose innovative data solutions, and foster a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management.
