Joining a high-performing team, committed to providing the best care for patients, you’ll harness the power of informatics to monitor our progress against national performance measures. From reporting and modelling, to data warehousing and business intelligence, you’ll support senior management in the analysis and delivery of key strategic programmes and help them determine future pressures. You’ll also provide expertise in emerging technology and methodologies.

This is a senior management role with a huge internal client base, so the ability to lead, inspire and influence others is key to success. Heading up a large team of programmers, you’ll bring expert-level understanding of the use of information within the NHS, including a strong technical capability. You’re likely to have worked at a senior level in an information services function. where you will have supported business activity planning, and capacity and demand analysis. Highly numerate and analytical, you’ll also be a practical problem-solver, able to negotiate cross-functionally with many different stakeholders.
