Who you'll be working with

The Digital Employee Operations Command Centre team is composed of 25 people in 3 locations and supports over 10 HR clients. We have introduced the new path to digitally transform Business Services Command Center teams through smart, integrated and available technologies. Our team is modern, digital, fast, agile, analytics center. DEO Command Center is a crucial service that increases agility and innovation, allowing delivery teams to operate with greater efficiency and speed.

We pursue agility, competitiveness and excellence. We want to take our reporting expertise to the next level in order to support data driven decisions that help us transform and deliver first-class services.

The focus of your role

Experience in organising, collecting and interpreting information, including use of BI relevant tools (Microsoft PowerBI and others), knowledge of statistics, assessing quality of data, removing corrupted data, determine meaning of data, analysing trends. Presenting data in easy to understand and action formats.

What you'll do

  • Build the data reporting and analytics function and processes for HR Operations function
  • Build the reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • Designing and creating data models and support Power BI Data modelling
  • Support HR business initiatives by identifying necessary data sources, metrics and analytical methods
  • Develop, enhance and maintain business intelligence solutions
  • Streamline data collection process, reduce manual intervention and leverage technology
  • Support and design solutions for HR Operations teams, reporting and analytic needs;
  • Present data in a clear and straight-forward way.

What you'll bring

  • Hands-on experience in reports & analytics
  • Hand- on experience in organizing, collecting and interpreting information, including use of relevant tools
  • Detail-oriented expert with a strong analytical skill
  • Ability to recognize and interpret business requirement and turn this need into technical solution
  • A self-starter and eager to learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical details to business and working in close alignment with various stakeholders
  • Work independently and as part of a team to design and develop solutions
  • Demonstrating good organizational skills, work to tight deadlines in in fast paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of DAX language, Data Flows, Power Pivot, Power Query would be an asset
