Do you have passion for building world-class, global media best practices and data strategies for one of the largest and most progressive CPG companies in the world? Are you ready to take your Media/Digital/Analytics experience to the next level? Then this role with the Media & Content Center of Excellence (CoE) at PepsiCo is a good fit for you!

In this capacity, you will play an integral role in shaping the scaling and adoption of ESSA (Europe and Sub-saharan Afria) consumer data strategy for PepsiCo. You will be a trusted advisor to Marketing, Insights and Digital functions across food and beverages divisions for ESSA. The role specifically focuses on putting ‘auidence first’ approach at the core of marketing transformation and evolving digital media activation with 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sources for advanced audience understanding and relevant personalized communication.

You’ll influence the agenda and develop processes to unlock the value consumer data access and understanding can deliver towards media ROI, business growth and, and create differentiation to stay on top.


  • Support delivering a future-forwrad vision of synergistic Data/Insights/Media integrated process to build ‘Data driven marketing’ for ESSA.
  • Collaborate with data, audience insights and activation team to build a cohesive 360 view of the consumer profile to gain unique audience insights.
  • Understand how 1P/2P/3P data can help us improve our marketing capabilities across targeting, personalization to measurements and insights.
  • Champion audience-first thinking within media planning and strategy teams; providing a consultative approach to driving business outcomes using data and MarTech platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional team to lead “Consumer Intimacy” work-stream to test mass-personalization pathway (Personalized Communication, Personalized Pricing, Personalized Bundles)
  • Working closely with Global, Sector and Local stakeholders across the organization to develop and deploy test and learn, audience insights and activation to drive personalization.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s preferred.
  • Relevant experience in digital, data strategy or media activation.
  • Experience operating effectively in matrix relationships across organizational and geographical boundaries and with multiple constituencies.
  • Experience building audience segments that are utilized in digital media campaigns
  • Understanding of rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape, with exposure in one or more of the following areas: DMP’s, CRM data management & onboarding via identity graphs or direct onboarding.
  • Knowledge of programmatic 2nd & 3rd party data & media landscape & consumer data matching “walled garden” platforms like Facebook and Google
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and convey key messages in a visual and compelling way
  • Outstanding time and project management skills, ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time

Please note, this role can be based in London for the majority of the time with travel to Reading approximately two days per week, as the role allows.
