“You” means the person or organisation using the site or named in any registration details. “Service” means the online recruitment advertising services provided at www.DataScientistJobs.co.uk

We may change these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. These terms replace all previous versions.

Advertising Terms & Conditions

Acceptance – Submitting vacancy details to SRS confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Posting – Clients post their own vacancies. Each advert must relate to one current, genuine position. Generic or duplicate jobs are not accepted.

Review – All ads are reviewed before going live. Approved jobs usually go live within 4 hours.

Payment – Payment is required by credit card at the time of booking or by invoice (30-day terms). Invoices are issued when the first vacancy is posted. No refunds unless we fail to publish your ad. 

Liability – We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or loss from events beyond our control.

Use of Site & Service

You must not:

• Share access or passwords
• Post unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, spam, or infringing material
• Post viruses or harmful code
• Copy or exploit site content without permission

You must:

• Provide true and accurate information
• Comply with all laws and regulations

Data Protection

We comply with UK data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details. Personal information you post publicly is at your own risk.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SRS against claims, costs, or damages from your use of the Service, including copyright or advertising breaches.

Liability

The site is provided “as is” with no warranties. We are not liable for any loss, including indirect or consequential loss, except where UK law prevents exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by SRS or its licensors. No rights are granted without written consent.

Links & Content

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from ours. We may suspend or change the Service without liability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Modern Slavery Statement

SRS has zero tolerance for modern slavery or human trafficking. We require suppliers to comply with all laws, monitor their supply chains, and report concerns. We reserve the right to terminate contracts where breaches occur. Staff receive training on identifying and addressing modern slavery risks.
