In this role, you will apply advanced statistical, econometric, and data science methods to diagnose business performance, uncover growth opportunities, and forecast potential outcomes for strategic decisions. Your work will directly support sales strategy and help shape our business plans
 

Description

Partner with business teams to translate strategic questions into analytical frameworks Build and apply models for causal inference, forecasting, and optimization Analyze complex datasets, including geospatial and market data, to identify performance drivers Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong quantitative background in statistics, econometrics, or applied mathematics
  • Expert R/Python programmer also proficient in other languages important to the ETL data pipeline (e.g. SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Mandarin Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in causal inference, predictive modeling, and large-scale data analysis
  • Ability to share results with a non-technical audience and advancing multiple projects at once on a tight schedule
  • Industry experience as a senior data scientist with engineering or production-level coding experience.

 

Education & Experience

Master’s degree or above in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields
