Quadient, formerly Neopost, is the driving force behind the world’s most meaningful customer experiences. We help organisations improve their communication strategies by providing both hardware and software solutions in search of efficiencies and cost savings. We can help our customers to simplify mail solutions, automate business processes and maintain control of transactions.

It is an exciting time to join us as we implement our ambitious plans. As our Data & Reporting Specialist, you will focus on managing data from a range of sources to support our Marketing initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making in our strategic planning. This is a collaborative role, and you will be the Marketing point of contact for all Salesforce data queries, resolving queries and ensuring continuous improvement to systems, data handling practice and associated processes.

You could have relevant work-based experiences or you might be a recent graduate with relevant data-orientated experience gained through your education.

Whatever your background your experience of CRM systems/databases, data analysis, data management and reporting is essential. Ideally, you will also already have a working knowledge of Salesforce (but the right person could learn this on the job), with the advanced Excel skills needed to import and manipulate data from various data sources, and aggregate data by using pivot tables, v-lookup, charts and graphs. Knowledge of MS Access, SQL and BI tools such as QlikView would be highly desirable, supported by strong problem-solving skills and genuine attention to detail.

Joining Quadient means enjoying exceptional career opportunities with outstanding benefits:

  • Up to 27 days holiday plus your birthday off (and a buy/sell scheme)
  • Agile/flexible working with family friendly policies
  • Smart Spending – excellent discounts and cashback offers on an ever-growing list of retailers
  • Generous pension schemes
  • Child-care vouchers, cycle to work scheme and interest free season ticket loan
  • Employee assistance programme and regular wellbeing initiatives
  • Excellent recognition (incentive trips and award schemes)
