The opportunity

The School of Computer Science at the University of Auckland is currently looking for an early career academic to join our diverse and internationally renowned school as an entry level Professional Teaching Fellow. If you are passionate about teaching and want to build lasting collaborations, and value diversity, we encourage you to apply.

About the role

Such contributions include high-calibre teaching of courses with many students as well as potential supervision of undergraduate projects.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Data Science or another closely related subject.
  • a commitment to high-quality research-informed teaching of undergraduate students.
  • demonstrated expertise in analysing, visualising or managing data
  • ability to motivate and engage students.
