Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Ltd is an independent consultancy specialising in the application of health economic techniques to support pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement and market access activities. We currently have a team of 60 researchers based in the UK and Germany who specialise in the development of mathematical disease models, the statistical analysis of clinical trial and real-world databases and who perform systematic literature reviews and meta-analysis.

Our clients are global pharmaceutical companies and our projects encompass a broad range of applications across all disease areas. Our work typically requires novel analytical approaches resulting in opportunities to publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.

  • Excellent IT literacy
  • Good project management, time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work to demanding timelines
  • A self-starter who thrives in a client-focused environment and able to communicate complex ideas to non-experts

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

In addition to the skills and experience outlined above, the successful candidate will have:

  • A good undergraduate degree with a strong quantitative track record in mathematics/statistics/biostatistics
  • Postgraduate qualification in an applied quantitative discipline such as statistics, econometrics or epidemiology
